  • When you delete content from your gallery, it is removed from our active servers. Some data may persist in backups for a limited time.

  • Stripe: Handles payment processing securely. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Stripe Connect: Processes creator payouts and manages payment accounts for marketplace creators. Identity verification and banking information are collected and processed by Stripe according to their privacy policy.
  • AI Providers: We use third-party AI services to generate images and videos. Prompts and reference images may be processed by these services.
  • Cloud Hosting: We use cloud infrastructure providers to host our platform and store your data securely.

7. Marketplace Creator Data

If you participate as a creator in the Community Marketplace, we collect and process additional information:

  • Creator Profile: Your username and creator profile information are publicly displayed with your submissions.
  • Earnings Data: We track your earnings, usage statistics, and transaction history for marketplace activities.
  • Submitted Content: Your prompts, models, and related metadata are stored and displayed publicly in the marketplace.
  • Payment Account: When you connect Stripe Connect, your identity verification and banking information is processed by Stripe. We only store your Stripe account ID and connection status.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences (such as theme and language settings). We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
